8.15 Radio – Speaker Programming
Centurion Super Pro/Audio
NOTE: If the ECU is locked by another product, you will NOT be able to perform any active settings changes as we will not be able to communicate with the ECU.
If you are experiencing sound issues after flashing the radio, you may need to update the radio software version. Click HERE and select what radio is installed on the motorcycle and follow instructions on the page to update the software number.
NOTE: If you installed after market speakers/amplifiers it is possible that you will receive the following DTCs, these DTCs will always show because you have installed aftermarket speakers/amplifiers.
- B1350: Rear Right Speaker Open
- B1342: Rear Left Speaker Open
- U0185: Lost comm with AMP 1
- U0186: Lost comm with AMP 2
If you are performing a procedure like ABS Bleeding or Radio Flashing, etc. with a NON OEM ECU/ECM then you will need to select whether the motorcycle that you are connecting to is a J1850 or CAN Bus. These features will require you to know whether the motorcycle is a J1850 or CAN bus. You will be able to tell which one it is by using the information and pictures below:

With this information you will then need to make the proper selection in this box on the screen. Then following the steps in the video below:
- Select the Active Settings Icon ( )
- In the first dropdown menu select 'Infotainment/Radio'
- In the second dropdown menu select 'Speaker Programming'
- Select a speaker configuration (J1850 Protocol - 2013 only / CAN Protocol - 2014 to Present) from the list below.
- Set motorcycle key to Ignition and switch to Run.
- Press the 'Program Speaker' button.
- Wait for confirmation (PASS / FAIL / NA).
