11.4 Idle Issues
It is important to note that an idle issue could be a result of any combination of the issues depicted in the next few sections and that they can sometimes be caused by something else entirely.
Some issues are masked by the "intelligence" of the ECU.
The ECU will attempt to adjust to a target idle, even if that means fighting the adverse programming or conditions.
